ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped same or next day using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. A shipping fee of GBP 1.55 applies to UK orders of value up to GBP 20, shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class (estimated 2-3 business days delivery time; not guaranteed). Free shipping with Royal Mail 2nd class for orders over GBP 20. We do not ship outside of UK at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tenletic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
